This website is designed to inform you about the many services that the Practice provides,   including valuable information to help you access the full range of services available to patients.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and feel free to send us some feedback.

PLEASE consider joining our Patient Participation Group (PPG). The PPG should ideally consist of 10-15 patients, plus staff, and will meet three - four times a year. We believe the group will be invaluable in enabling the patients and Practice to work together to improve our services. More information can be found on the Patient Participation Group page.
